On Friday we budded up and we grew mung beans I budded up with Amber.we went in to gropes of four. I grouped up with Amber Violet and Mia.we did 7 steps about a mung bean.Amber was the gardner and me Violet and Mia where the plants. 

My pie

We made some posters about pies.We made posters because a pie man called Cealem came.My pie is going to be a venison corn and garlic pie.The things that I am putting in my pie is parsley mint venison corn garlic mint sage and rosemary.I think it would be delicious.

 

Our herb tasting

 

To day we tried different herbs there where garlic rosemary thyme chives mustard seeds oregano parsley chilli flakes sage and basil. My favourite one was garlic the flavor of it was spicy and  yummy the texture was smooth and soft. The one I did not like was the chilli flacks they where spicy and crunchy.

My diorama and writing

 

 Last week we made dioramas which is a smaller version of the real thing.  we had to do it about our immersion week.I did it about going to wihrere. The type of writing was a report. a report writing needs a title a classification a description a location and a dynamic. My report was about Hakeke. I used coloured paper,cardboard,sticks,paint and other materials.I think that my diorama is rely cool.

last week we made dirma we made the back ground out of paper and then we painted over. then we started decorating it inside we uesd ferns rocks amd carboard and stones and sticks. I used paper for my water fall.I also uesed a bit of stones.

kaiti beach

 

on Monday we went to the rock pools at kaiti beach. We looked in the rock pools to see what we could find, we found an octopus we also found a crab and a lot of seaweed. Than we had morning tea after that we had a go of green lip mussels I had two of them.
